This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect personal information when you visit rtclogic.com, contact us, schedule a consultation, communicate with us by phone, email, or text message, or work with us as a client.

In client engagements we may access systems, applications, and data that belong to our clients, including information about their own customers and users. We handle that information only on the client’s instructions and under our agreement with the client, and the client’s privacy notice governs its relationship with those individuals.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

This restriction applies to every sharing category described in this policy. We do not sell, rent, or transfer SMS opt-in data or consent.

When you opt in to RTCLogic SMS program, we use your mobile number to send messages within the scope of your consent, such as responses to your requests, service updates, appointment notifications, or account alerts. Providing a phone number or submitting a website inquiry does not by itself enroll you in recurring or promotional text messages. SMS consent is voluntary and is not a condition of purchase.

Message frequency varies by program and your interactions. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of an SMS program at any time. You may receive a final confirmation of your opt-out. Reply HELP for help, or contact contact@rtclogic.com. Program-specific details are provided when you opt in.

We treat client source code, project materials, business information, and access credentials as confidential. Access is limited to the people who need it to perform the work, and we use it only for the engagement. At the end of an engagement we return or delete client materials as our agreement with the client provides, except where we must keep records for legal, accounting, or security reasons.

Our website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Our web fonts are served by Google Fonts, which receives your IP address and browser information when a page loads. Scheduling links open our scheduling provider, Calendly, which has its own privacy policy and may use cookies. You can manage cookies through your browser settings.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information and client data. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

We retain information for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, including providing services, meeting legal and accounting obligations, resolving disputes, and enforcing agreements. Retention of client data is governed by our agreement with the client. Consent and suppression records may be retained to document and honor messaging choices.

9. Your Privacy Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live and which laws apply, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal information; withdraw consent; or object to or restrict certain processing. California and other state residents may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws, including the right to exercise covered rights without unlawful discrimination.

Some information may need to be retained for legal or legitimate operational reasons. If your information is held in a client’s systems that we work on, please contact that client directly; we will assist as appropriate. To stop marketing emails, use the unsubscribe instructions in the email or contact us. For SMS, reply STOP.

Our website and services are intended for businesses and adults and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information so we can take appropriate steps to delete it.

RTCLogic is based in the United States, and our website and services are intended for clients in the United States. Information is processed in the United States or other locations where our service providers operate. Privacy laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.
